Meet Anne: Your Bereavement Doula

Anne is a Certified Child Life Specialist and Haven-trained Bereavement Doula (@bereavementdoulas). As a perinatal bereavement doula, Anne is a trained support professional who provides emotional, informational, and practical support to families experiencing pregnancy loss, stillbirth, infant loss, or a life-limiting fetal diagnosis. She helps parents navigate difficult decisions, create meaningful memories with their baby, access resources, and receive compassionate care before, during, and after the loss. . She is a fierce advocate for expecting parents, working alongside healthcare teams to support your family's emotional and bereavement needs.

Doula Services Virtual Package

$400 (Virtual Only)

Our Virtual Doula Support Package includes:

Birth Plan creation assistance including pain management and advocacy
2 virtual support sessions prior to delivery
1 virtual support session after delivery
Legacy building/memory making guidance and ideas
Loss resource list (including resources for financial support, photography, memorial items, therapy, funeral homes and hospitals with CuddleCots etc.)
Support advocating for your wishes with the medical team
Additional virtual support sessions available ($60 per add on session)

Doula Services Combined Package

$650 (combination virtual & in-person)

Our Combined Doula Support Package includes:

Birth Plan creation assistance including pain management and advocacy
2 virtual emotional support sessions for pregnant person prior to delivery
1 virtual emotional support session for pregnant person after delivery
1 virtual support session for partner/support person prior to delivery
1 virtual support session for partner/support person after delivery
1 in-person support session (your choice of support during medical procedure/doctor visit, or support during funeral/memorial service)
Legacy building/memory making guidance and ideas
Loss resource list (including resources for financial support, photography, memorial items, therapy, funeral homes and hospitals with CuddleCots etc.)
Assistance contacting and advocating for desired resources
Support advocating for your wishes with the medical team
10% discount on any child life specialist sessions purchased for sibling support services
Unlimited phone, text and email support throughout pregnancy.

4 emotional support sessions for pregnant person after delivery (choice of in-person or virtual)
2 support sessions for partner/support person prior to delivery (choice of in-person or virtual)
1 support session for partner/support person after delivery (choice of in-person or virtual)
In-person support/accompaniment for up to 3 scheduled procedure or imaging appointments (as schedule allows)
In-person support for legacy building/memory making activities and rituals
Funeral/memorial attendance & support

Coastal Coping has established a grant fund to offer bereavement doula services to low-income families who otherwise cannot access these services. No family in grief should have to worry about affording the supportive care they need. Please consider donating to help a grieving family access bereavement doula services.
